You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.

Group Therapy classes will begin in late Spring 2024.  They will be priced individually.  Topics will include, but not be limited to, Stress Reduction, Relationship Enhancement, Loving Compassion, Healing After Trauma.

Meditation healing journeys will be offered in the Spring of 2024. Amber partners with Shaman, Jesus to take clients to a higher space of enlightenment and healing through meditative journeys.  Additional classes with Amber and Jesus will be offered upcoming as well.

A variety of classes will be offered Summer 2024 to better help clients integrate what they are learning in both Therapy and Energy Healing sessions.  The classes will be either one day or a series of weeks, to be determined. 

Fall 2024 we will be offering evening yoga classes.  The instructor is currently in training and will implement therapeutic and energy healing principles to ground and expand healing in the body through movement.
