Effective Solutions Therapy

  Effective Solutions Therapy provides individual and relationship-based therapy services with positive outcomes for recovery. Amber is a master clinician who has a commitment toward health and wellness.   Amber has worked in the counseling field for over twenty years.  She began work as a school counselor.  This led to thirteen years of inpatient crisis based residential care.  This work created passion to create her own outpatient business at Effective Solutions Therapy.  Amber provides treatment on a deep level and is dynamic at getting to the core of the issue.  It is not until we get to the core of our mental health issues that they are treated and resolved.  Amber has a passion toward continual growth and healing and as a result in 2022 she launched her energy healing business, “Let it Grow Healing”.

• Therapy Sessions-- 50 minutes 
• Modalities of treatment-- CBT, DBT, Trauma Focused CBT, Solutions Focused, Motivational Interviewing, Existential, Behavioral, Family Therapy, & Twelve Step.

Sometimes there are obstacles coming into a medical office, but help is still available. Telehealth visits (50 minutes) are available over the computer or phone to ensure that you can complete your therapy goals.
