Effective Solutions Therapy

Effective Solutions Therapy is the clinical component at Carlston Healing.  Our practice is rooted in helping client's heal from the inside out.  Amber helps clients move through their mental health journey by helping them to develop a deeper connection to self and teaches them clinical skills. Effective Solutions Therapy is not in network with insurance plans.  However, a "Super-Bill" can be provided to clients at month end, which they can submit to their insurance company for partial reimbursement.  

1.  Mental Health Therapy  (50 Minutes)

                $200 per session

Individual, couples and family therapy

Our practice is rooted in the following clinical modalities: CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, IFS, SFT.  Therapy sessions are offered both in office and online through Zoom.   

2.  Somatic Therapy --Body Based Healing  (50 Minutes)

                $225 per session

Utilizing yoga props from our yoga studio, Amber guides clients through a meditative experience to release stagnant emotional energy in the body to help restore balance to the body and nervous system.

3.  Cranial-Electrotherapy (20 and 40 Minute Sessions)

               20 min session-- $35

               40 min session-- $45

               20 min punch pass-- $150

               40 min punch pass-- $185

Alpha-Stim is an adjunct treatment to mental health therapy services.  Alpha-Stim is the number one medical device in its class to help treat anxiety, depression and insomnia.  Alpha waves stimulate the brain with electro-currents to calm the nervous system.  Amber is a licensed practitioner for Alpha Stim.  Clients can engage in Alpha-Stim weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly.  

4.  Monthly Classes and Groups (45 Minutes)

                $45-- Per Class

                $110-- 3 Class Punch Pass

                $150-- 5 Class Punch Pass

Each month Effective Solutions Therapy offers groups with a variety of topics related to both mental health and energy healing.  Classes can be attended in office or online through Zoom.  These are open to ALL, not just current therapy clients.  Share the love with your fam and friends!  Classes are a great way to supplement your mental health journey.
